    60-75 minutes

  • A thorough evaluation that goes beyond symptoms to understand you as a whole person. We’ll explore your mental health history, current stressors, physical health, emotional patterns, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll look at your mood, sleep, energy, relationships, past experiences, and more to uncover patterns and build a personalized treatment plan. Whether you're seeking clarity, support, or a fresh start, this session is the first step toward real, meaningful change.

  • follow up visits

  • Follow-up psychiatric evaluations are ongoing assessments designed to monitor progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and address any new or ongoing concerns. These sessions provide an opportunity to assess symptom changes, side effects, medication adherence, and life circumstances that may impact mental health.
Each follow-up is individualized, with a focus on optimizing your care plan based on current needs and goals. Adjustments to medication, therapy recommendations, and supportive strategies may be made to ensure continued alignment with your overall well-being.
